Its been 50 days now! 300 people died, its just a number now. Too much water passed by marine drive since then, nothing happened to those plotted the biggest and drastic attack on Indian soil.

Too much has already been said about it, every angel probed and dissected and wrung dry to feed the public knowledge. Every celebrity, politician, self-styled expert worth his or salt commented and gave opinion whether anyone wanted it or not.
Internationally it created a ripple as many foreigners died (it’s a fact, nobody cares when Indians die, not even Indian Govt.).Pakistan as usual denied everything and started to issue war threat, which the world particularly USA can not afford now.
So, that leaves us the simple and straight question: where do we get from here?
It’s been umpteenth time that such an attack occurred, nothing has been done about. As usual we adapted with it. People die, politicians thunder, security is briefed for a few days…after that….everything back to square one.
Just how long will this go on? A federal police force was formed after so many years of discussion and gain it has been derailed. Pakistan Govt. has simply refused to pay heed. Security is again limping back to normal i.e. casual state. All are waiting for the next attack after that things will happen in the same order.
What are our options, you might ask. Well, you don’t have to look far. Look at Israel or if you can without snickering look at USA. After 9/11 USA didn’t sat back and licked its wounds and indulged in diplomacy. It launched a counter-attack. The result is clear; USA has suffered no terrorist attack on its soil in last 7 years.
Tough times call for tough measures. Just ask yourself what would you prefer: 5 dead suspected terrorists or 100 dead innocent citizens? The choice is yours.
The world rule is quite unambiguous, blast or get blasted.
Our neighbor is a soon-to-be-failed state with nuclear power, when it fails whoever comes to power won’t wait to blast us! It’s a choice we have to make now for our safe future.

There are few things to consider before take the ultimate step of attacking Pakistan. The sad thing is India is very different from the two countries USA and Israel, both characteristically and militarily. It was said that India has never attacked any country, the truth is India was never militarily capable of attacking another country. Even now take a look of India's arsenal, there is nothing which will make India a strong country. Now if war breaks out between India and Pakistan then it evenly poised. Both sides will be at huge loss. It won't be something like Israel attacking Gaza.
So I think there are few things we should implement immediately.
1. Become a military super power. To hell with human rights. Rn D every kind of weapons including chemical.
2. Seal the borders. Send the illegal immigrants home or arrest them.
3. Give RAW the power to execute operation at any level.
4. Finally, this is most important. Breaking law in India is very easy. We have change this pattern.
The root cause seems to me as corruption.
I agree with 1,2 and 3.Though these will not be enough,we need to take more actions.But start with these first.
As for 4,this is important for everything not just defending the country but to develop it too.
The reason why India cant do something like what Israel or USA has done is very simple... the political will of the Govt! While Pakistan may be a failed state, but it would never think twice before attacking India. Pak's basic political & sociological aim is to hurt India with a thousand wounds! Just because some foreigners were killed in India, the multi power leadership accross the border wouldnt change any of its basic aims! Of course they'll have to do some eyewash arrests and show them to US. Nothing more. These arrested ppl will be released as soon as the dust settles down. US wouldnt want to hurt pak in any way coz it has its own prob on the pak-afghan border! Almost half of pak has been "talibanized". wat can an Indian expect from Pak? Pak school text books are abound with anti-India statements! They teach their kids to hate India, they teach their youth to train as a terrorist and suicide bombing! the only countries that can teach a lesson to pak are china & US. China wont do anything, n US cant afford to do such a thing! So what do we, the Indian citizens do? curse them and wait for another attack!
